Free Monthly Mastectomy tattoos

Every month, Jak will be giving a free tattoo to a breast cancer survivor. This includes scar cover and nipple reconstruction, and can be a large or small as you like, covering one breast or both.

Simply email us with the subject title "F*ck Cancer!" and you'll be added to the list. Once a month a name is pulled from the list for a free tattoo.

You are welcome to leave pictures and state any ideas you have already in your email if you wish.
